first day of mulit-training

yesterday i did a 5 mile bike ride before work and then i was supposed to run 5 after work but wound up doing 6.  Riding a bike is not as easy as it once was, but ill get back into the groove.  Also i only have 11 days left until my next half marathon and i am so ready!!! past two weeks i was getting a little scared between being sick, my legs bothering me and running a hole through my shoes. But i am not worried anymore, i felt great on sundays long run and great again yesterday!!! watch out suffolk county here  i come!!! i am gonna destroy 13.1 yet again. 

although after may 1st and the long island half , i am taking a month off from running and focusing mainly on the tour de cure.  i will be back for the summer run series after wards but i never took a break after running the vegas half, so that will be my vacation.
